I began with a business administration degree from Nova Southeastern University, which led to a marketing and sales role with the Florida Panthers. This role ignited my interest in the intersection of marketing, sales, and technology. As I advanced through various marketing positions at MDT Marketing and other organizations, I honed my skills in strategic marketing, campaign management, SEO, and digital acquisition, and pioneered the adoption of HubSpot CRM at MDT Marketing.
In my current role as a Sales System Engineer at MDT, my marketing background has been invaluable. I’ve transformed our sales approach through automation and a data-driven mindset. This dual perspective allows me to work seamlessly with the marketing department, aligning goals and driving the evolution of our sales engine for ongoing success.

Sales System Engineer (Dec 2021 – Present) In this role, I design, manage, and optimize a robust sales and marketing system to drive growth. I transform sales processes within HubSpot, manage lead sources for conversion efficiency, and innovate workflows to boost sales. Additionally, I assist with team development, budgeting, and strategic goal alignment to ensure scalable and profitable sales.
Marketing Strategies Manager (Jul 2018 – Dec 2021) I facilitated clients’ growth through strategic marketing aligned with sales goals. A key achievement was vetting and adopting HubSpot CRM, streamlining operations and leading to MDT becoming a HubSpot Solutions Partner. This transition enhanced our ability to serve clients effectively.
Account Manager (Sep 2014 – Feb 2017) As an Account Manager, I oversaw marketing campaigns across 100+ campuses nationwide and served as the direct client contact. I managed our entire affiliate program, negotiating partnerships, and handling a monthly budget of over $300K. This role included hiring, onboarding, and continuously optimizing and analyzing over 25 affiliates.
Internet Marketing Specialist (Aug 2011 – Sep 2014) I started my journey at MDT as an Internet Marketing Specialist, where I was responsible for analyzing and implementing on-page SEO and managing all aspects of website development, including managing outsourced projects.

Working closely with the Director of Marketing and Sales Team, I enhanced data-driven campaign management and instituted an agile collaboration process.
